Straight Up covers 0, 00, or any number 1–36 and pays 35:1. Winning chips stay on their selected spot for the next spin.
Dozens and columns pay 2:1. Red/Black, Odd/Even, and 1–18/19–36 pay 1:1. Both 0 and 00 lose on every outside wager.
Place one or more wagers, spin the wheel, and receive the printed payout when the ball lands on a covered pocket.
American roulette uses numbers 1–36 plus 0 and 00. Inside and outside wagers cover different groups, but almost all standard bets share the same 5.26% house edge because the payouts scale with their probability.
KNOW WHAT WINS BEFORE YOU WAGER.Use flat wagers and a fixed session budget. On a double-zero wheel, avoid the five-number 0–00–1–2–3 bet, whose house edge is higher than the other standard wagers.
Straight-up numbers create infrequent 35:1 wins; even-money bets create smaller, more frequent results. This changes volatility—not the standard house edge.
Past reds, blacks, highs, lows, and columns do not make the opposite result due. Use the tracker to study variance, not to predict the wheel.
